Cancer Survivor Program

$280.00

5-Week Meditation & Writing Program for Cancer Survivors

A gentle space to process, rebuild, and reconnect with yourself.

Cancer changes you in ways the world doesn’t always see. Long after treatment finishes, many survivors describe feeling emotionally unraveled - relieved and grateful, yet carrying fear, grief and loss, exhaustion, or a sense that life looks different now. This 5-week program offers a steady, supportive space to explore those inner shifts with others who understand.

Inspired by the work of Social Psychologist, Dr James Pennebaker into expressive writing and emotional healing, the program is a blend of short guided meditation, expressive writing, and grounded conversation to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and the meaning you’re making after cancer. You don’t need writing experience or meditation skills, just a willingness to show up as you are for 2 hours over 5 consecutive weeks.

Together we explore themes like arriving with kindness, grief and gratitude, finding meaning, reconnecting with joy, and honouring your story. Each two hour session gently builds on the last, giving you time to integrate rather than rush.

This is not clinical therapy or a hospital group - it’s a warm, human space where your experience is respected, your feelings are welcome, and your story matters. You’ll be guided by Tanya, a cancer survivor who understands the emotional landscape of recovery and the quiet complexity that comes after treatment.

If you’re looking for thoughtful support, community, creativity and a softer way back to yourself, we’d love to meet you.
