Your Facilitator

Tanya is a writer, meditation and mindfulness practitioner, and cancer survivor who believes in the healing power of story.

Her work is grounded in lived experience and supported by evidence-based practices.

The program she offers isn’t a traditional meditation course or a creative writing class - it’s a therapeutic blend of reflective writing, gentle mindfulness, and emotional processing.

It’s a space to connect with your private thoughts around personal experiences without interruption, comparison, or the pressure to be anyone other than who you are and what you feel in that moment.

Here, you’re invited to explore your inner world, make meaning from your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a compassionate and kind way.

My recommendation is to think of expressive writing as a life course correction, as opposed to something you have to commit to doing everyday for the rest of your life”. ~ Dr James Pennebaker PhD, University of Texas, Austin.
